These seamless backdrops help create smooth, distraction-free backgrounds for professional photography and video production.
1. BOOKING & PAYMENT
Bookings are confirmed only after advance payment of 50% of the package amount via UPI/Bank transfer.
Balance amount must be cleared before the shoot begins (in cash/UPI at check-in).
Package hours are calculated from the confirmed slot start time, whether or not the client’s crew has arrived.
Rescheduling is allowed once, free of cost, if requested at least 24 hours before the booked slot. Rescheduling within 24 hours will be treated as a fresh booking.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the slot will forfeit the advance amount.

3. OVERTIME / EXTRA HOURS
Extension beyond the booked package duration is subject to studio availability.
Extra time charge: ₹1,000 per hour (or part thereof beyond 30 minutes).
Any usage between 15–30 minutes over the slot will be rounded up as 30 minutes = ₹500.
Clients must inform the studio manager at least 30 minutes before their slot ends if they wish to extend.
4. DAMAGE & BACKDROP CHARGES
Damage/tear/crease/footprints on seamless paper backdrop: ₹500 per meter/section, chargeable irrespective of whether it was accidental.
Backdrop change (colour swap) beyond the number included in the package: ₹300 per additional change.
Cutting, folding, or removing paper from the roll without staff assistance is strictly not allowed.
Any damage to studio walls, acoustic panels, wooden trims, or flooring will be charged at actual repair/repainting cost, assessed by the studio.
5. EQUIPMENT HANDLING & DAMAGE
All equipment (Godox AD400Pro, Elinchrom FRX 400, Nanlite FS-300, C-stands, reflectors, lapel mics, product tables) must be handled only by the client’s crew with prior studio orientation, or by studio staff.
Any damage, breakage, or malfunction caused due to mishandling will be charged at actual replacement/repair cost of the equipment.
Loss of accessories (mic packs, diffusers, stands, connector cables) will be charged at full replacement value.
Equipment may not be removed from the studio premises under any circumstance.
6. OUTSIDE EQUIPMENT / PROPS
Clients may bring their own props, outfits, or equipment with prior intimation to the studio.
Studio is not responsible for loss or damage to any client-owned equipment/props left on premises.
Use of open flame, smoke machines, confetti, glitter, powder, paint, or liquids requires prior written approval; unapproved use attracts a cleaning charge of ₹1,000–₹2,000.
Heavy/rigging equipment (extra C-stands, boom arms, drones) brought by clients must be pre-approved for safety clearance.
7. CREW, MODELS & GUESTS
Package pricing is inclusive of up to [8-10] crew members; additional headcount beyond this may attract a nominal per-head charge (studio to specify).
Minors on set must be accompanied by a guardian at all times.
Loitering/non-working guests are requested to remain in the designated waiting/makeup area, not on the active shoot floor.
8. FOOD, DRINKS & HOUSEKEEPING
Food and beverages are permitted only in the designated waiting/makeup area — not on the shoot floor near backdrops or equipment.
Smoking, alcohol, and any illegal substances are strictly prohibited on studio premises.
Clients are expected to leave the space in the same condition as received; excessive mess will attract a housekeeping charge.
9. TIMING, ACCESS & CONDUCT
Studio access is limited strictly to the booked time slot; early entry is subject to prior availability confirmation.
Loud/disruptive behavior affecting the acoustic recording room or adjacent bookings is not permitted.
Studio reserves the right to pause or terminate a shoot without refund if rules are violated or conduct is unsafe/abusive toward staff.
10. LIABILITY
Urbanpixelites is not responsible for any personal injury, loss of personal belongings, or accidents occurring on premises due to client negligence.
Client indemnifies the studio against any third-party claims (e.g., model releases, copyright of shot content) arising from the shoot.
11. FORCE MAJEURE
The studio is not liable for delays or cancellations caused by power outages, natural calamities, or circumstances beyond its control; in such cases, the slot will be rescheduled free of charge.
By confirming a booking, the client agrees to abide by all the above terms. Management reserves the right to amend these rules at any time; the latest version supersedes prior ones.
